This device is designed for vacuum monitoring in vacuum sewage systems. The mechanical vacuum switches have high maintenance demand, and without monitoring, operation can be really painful as if a vacuum drop occurs it can spread fast, and silently across the whole network. With the implementation of the WaterScope IoT data acquisition and wireless data transmission system, the following measuring points are monitored:
- Vacuum tank pressure readings in the engine room
- Vacuum and control pressure measurements at the pump
- Monitoring of valve openings
