SGU – Smart General Use measurement data collection IoT device

The SGU is a robust and reliable measurement data collection device designed for monitoring complex industrial systems such as drinking water wells, water towers and wastewater treatment plants. The device is capable of receiving both digital and analogue signals, allowing integration of different types of sensors and data acquisition.

Features:

  • Analogue inputs: 4 channels of analogue inputs (4-20 mA, 0-10V, 0-5V) for connection of various measuring instruments and sensors.
  • Digital inputs: 4 channel digital I/O inputs to connect digital devices.
  • Modbus RTU protocol: the SGU device is compatible with the Modbus RTU protocol, allowing the connection of newer sensors such as power meters and other measuring devices.
  • Pulse counter input: The device also has a pulse counter input, allowing the connection of water metering clocks.
  • Data transmission: the collected data is transmitted to the dedicated server via LoRaWAN or NB-IoT data link, ensuring a continuous and reliable data flow.
